Engage (formerly known as the OEEG) meets once a month and is supported by the EE Forum, via e-mail, which provides a mechanism to share information, good practice and offer or request advice, guidance and opportunities in relation to employer engagement. Bi-monthly Training Sessions were held on key topics that were identified by the group; for more information on these please see The Good Practice Guide.
Engage is open to all organisations in Brighton and Hove that are involved in employer engagement, with the aim of creating work placement or employment opportunities.

James Lancaster, Business Editor at The Argus, offered his tips on liaising with journalists when he presented at the training workshop on 11th July 2006. Engage (formerly OEEG) underwent an external evaluation by Brough Dann Consultants during the last quarter of 2006. Please see below for the final report, produced December 2006.
Engage Employment Solutions recently under took to deliver the City's Hospitality Futures Project, which culminated in the development of an employment and training charter for the Tourism Sector.
