A key component of Action 3 work is to build on the research and expertise of University partners - University of Brighton, University of Sussex, and the Centre for Research into Older Workers (CROW) - to:

• Identify good practice in local Equal projects and partnerships
• Disseminate and promote this knowledge and good practice in relation to addressing the barriers and discrimination faced by excluded groups in accessing or keeping employment
• Mainstream these approaches to influence strategy, policy and practice locally, regionally, nationally and across the EU
