Due to ongoing building work, access to the Equal Brighton & Hove offices is slightly more restricted than it usually is.

During the day the front of New England House is being redecorated meaning that the front access stairs are not safe to be used during normal office hours. Lifts are available from Level 2 of New England House from the York Hill entrance (accessible from London Road), or from next to the reception accessible from New England Street (Level 3).

Please be aware that the lifts can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive due to increased usage as the main stairs are out of action. For people who do not want to use the lifts, they should call in at the reception accessible from New England Street and ask staff to guide them up to Floor 5, using the rear staircase. It is recommended that visitors aim to arrive 15 minutes earlier than normal due to this.
