Social Mentoring Research Forum

Are you interested in current mentoring and befriending practices? Do you work with communities who are / or who could benefit from mentoring/ befriending support? Are you working on or planning a project that involves mentoring and befriending?

The Social Mentoring Research Forum will take place on the 12th of June.

The main aims of the Social Mentoring forum will be:

  • to share experiences and explore current mentoring and befriending practices
  • to present and discuss latest local and national research and information which relates to social mentoring and befriending
  • to identify gaps and opportunities for multidisciplinary support services and processes
  • to develop practical ideas for cross-disciplinary practice, training, and research

Further aims of the day will be to provide an opportunity to network with others in the same position and share good practice.
