Building Good Practice into your Organisation
Facilitated by the Working Together Project, this workshop will give an overview of effective strategies to decide your funding needs and priorities, how to develop effective relationships with funders, how to ensure that the correct financial processes are in place, how to prepare properly for audits, as well as how to write an effective application. The workshop will showcase examples of good practice around project planning, resourcing and communication.
This workshop is free and lunch will be provided.
